Hi everyone, I wanted to share a word of caution from my latest experience flying out of Amsterdam on what looked like a really inexpensive ticket. After reserving, I was astonished to see additional charges for checked baggage and even seat selection added to my final bill. These fees were not clearly mentioned during booking, and I only found out about them when I received my receipts and airline policies later on cheap flights from budapest . It’s frustrating because what looks like a cheap option ends up costing quite a bit more. If you’re flying from Amsterdam on economy airlines, I’d propose double-checking their baggage and seating fees beforehand to avoid bad surprises. Has anyone found effective strategies to spot or avoid these sneaky costs? Would appreciate it to hear your recommendations.
